From Yoga to Bootcamp, Flinders One Sport & Fitness offers a diversity of structured health and recreation programs, specially designed to give you an even greater level of advanced fitness performance and wellbeing.

BOOTCAMP
Give your fitness a real kick up the butt with Flinders Boot Camp. A fantastic way to get in shape both physically and mentally!! Motivating, challenging and ultimately rewarding Flinders BootCamp is what you need to burn the calories, tone those muscles and firm the mind.
HIP HOP
Jade has a wealth of experience in many of the dance disciplines and brings this to the hip hop program to have you "walking the walk" in no time. Fitness without you noticing you're even working hard... sounds like fun.
KICKBOXING
Confidence boost … Self-defence … or just a serious fitness workout??
This is the place for you! Our fully qualified kickboxing master extraordinaire will lead the way for you, to help build your strength, power and fitness, and open your eyes to the finer details of kickboxing, Muay Thai style. More than just fitness, it’s an experience!
LATIN DANCE
Salsa, one of the most popular in street latin dance, keeps you fit and entertained. Its all about the music and the moves. The Centre partners with La Bomba who specialise in the Cuban, LA and New York styles.
MODERN BALLROOM
You don't need a partner for this one. Its a modern twist on the ballroom theory. Come in and see what its all about! Learn a new skill, dazzle and surprise your mates.
POLEDANCE
