Ryan Rossouw
Our longest serving PT Ryan has been with Flinders ONEfitness and personal training for 7 years. Ryan is a 4th year podiatry student as well as having a certificate IV in personal training. A highly achieved athlete himself Ryan is all about ensuring correct technique working on core strength and advancement with a very controlled and monitored method. Very conscientious and well versed on all areas related to training from toning, rehabilitation, build or lose weight or training for the more elite athlete.
Ben Gardener
Ben has been with Flinders ONEfitness for close to 2 years, and personal training for the last 3 years, holding a certificate IV in personal training. He believes personal training is about adapting and making personal training just that, individual to that persons needs. Ben has a passion for building strength and power with the use of weights however also effectively trains across all disciplines of fitness.
Shane Boal
Shane has been personal training for 4 years and with a background in Basketball, having represented Australia, he brings with him the knowledge and dedication for training his clients which he received along the way blending this with his certificate IV. With Shane's extra training in group outdoor sessions he runs our boot camp program and is one of our rpm and punchpad instructors. With a focus on results Shane can help achieve your goals.
Nick Pateras
Nick has been a personal trainer for the last 10 years with experience in the exclusive Queens tennis club in . Nick's diploma in personal training is further supported with many years experience in sprint training adapted for all sports including athletics, triathlon and soccer. Nick is also a qualified massage therapist as well as holding diplomas in yoga and takes an holistic approach with his clients.
Tamara Hebert
Tamara has a certificate IV in fitness and has been frequenting the gym for many years. She has a background in dance including ballet, tap and jazz with success at several dance competitions. This dance training experience has helped her to develop a keen eye for good posture and well versed in flexibility and coordination. Tamara is passionate about health and fitness and is eager to share that passion with others to help them achieve the best from their workout.
