Shane Boal
Shane has been personal training for 5 years and with a background in Basketball, having represented Australia. He brings with him the knowledge and dedication for training his clients which he received along the way blending this with his certificate IV. With Shane's extra training in group outdoor sessions he runs our boot camp program and is one of our rpm and punchpad instructors. Shane is also kettle-bell trained. With a focus on results, Shane can help achieve your goals.
Nick Pateras
Nick has been a personal trainer for the last 11 years with experience in the exclusive Queens tennis club in the UK. Nick's diploma in personal training is further supported with many years experience in sprint training adapted for all sports including athletics, triathlon and soccer. Nick is also a qualified massage therapist as well as holding diplomas in yoga and takes an holistic approach with his clients.
Tamara Hebert
Tamara has a certificate IV in fitness and has been frequenting the gym for many years. She has a background in dance including ballet, tap and jazz with success at several dance competitions. This dance training experience has helped her to develop a keen eye for good posture and well versed in flexibility and coordination. Tamara is passionate about health and fitness and is eager to share that passion with others to help them achieve the best from their workout.

Shane joins us with a wealth of experience, and a real vigour and passion for personal training. A very approachable trainer, he offers training to suit a wide range of backgrounds.
Denise Betts
Denise is an ex elite cyclist who has transferred her drive and determination to succeed into her training. A real live-wire who has both the skills and expertise to help you to get the most out of each session, and will help you to grow and develop your love of fitness.
